LACERS offers three options for appointments; in person, at our headquarters, virtually, via Zoom, and via telephone.

Appointments aren’t necessary if you drop off documents Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and don’t need to speak to a LACERS Staff Member.
