The Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System (LACERS) seeks to engage Consultant services to facilitate the development of a custom-built Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative that would extend over a two-year period and would entail a hybrid virtual and in-person format designed to open dialogue between staff and executive management on mutual needs and the creation of pathways necessary to ensure every LACERS staff member has an opportunity to contribute and promote to their highest level.
