Welcome to the Stronger U Academy 2025! Join Coach Sean Foy as he look for a select group of committed individuals who not only are interested in strengthening their fitness and their own personal lives but would like to be a part of creating a wellness “movement” in their own lives and possibly in the lives of others!
What’s Involved? Our Stronger U Academy Training is seeking Members who are willing to commit to: Monthly Webinar Training and Coaching for 30-Days to Stronger, Healthier, Ageless Habits, Anti-Aging Fitness Programs for Longevity and Vitality. We will also be training for two 5k Hike-Walk-Run Events hosted by the LACERS Well Team.
We have crafted our monthly Stronger U Academy virtual training sessions to give you the instruction, inspiration and coaching you need to grow stronger in 2025!
Coach Sean Foy, founder of the Stronger U Academy will host “live” trainings each month at 9:30 am PST.
Reserve your spot now! Class size is limited. Be sure to dress comfortably and have a towel and bottled water on hand. Zoom information will be provided to registered attendees prior to the class date.
