During this event, Members will have a presentation overview of
the SilverSneakers Program, a facility tour, and participate in a
SilverSneakers demo class with a trained instructor. Meet other
LACERS Anthem Members and enjoy conversation and refreshments.
Please wear comfortable clothing if you plan to participate in
the demo.
