During this event, Members will have a presentation overview of
the Silver/Active & Fit Program, a facility tour, and participate
in a Silver/Active & Fit demo class with a trained instructor.
Meet other LACERS Kaiser Permanente Members and enjoy
conversation and refreshments. Please wear comfortable clothing
if you plan to participate in the demo.
