Aging Mastery Program (AMP)
March and September 2023
The Aging Mastery Program (AMP) is scheduled for March and September 2023. LACERS will be running this 5-week, twice weekly course on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am to help you build your own personal playbook for aging well. This fun, innovative program empowers you to take key steps to improve your well-being. You will learn about healthy eating and hydration, sleep, financial fitness, advance planning and other topics to help you age masterfully. Graduates of the program will receive a LACERS Well goodie bag or a gift card included.

Almansor St., Alhambra, CA 91801, The LACERS team is planning a fun and informative reunion for all class participants who graduated between 2020 – 2023.
