In-person Appointments Now Available
Must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance
LACERS is pleased to offer in-person appointments once again. These appointments are limited to 15 minutes, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Members are able to book an appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance, and must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or valid proof of a negative COVID-19 test that was conducted within 72 hours prior to the appointment. Please note: No walk-in appointments are available at this time. Valuable online tools will remain available to Members including LACERS’ Secure Document Upload, where you can submit completed requests or required documents, and LACERS’ YouTube channel where you can find a wealth of benefit information.
