REMINDER: NEW APPOINTMENT SYSTEM
LACERS has a new appointment-based system called QLess. You can now choose from three appointment options: in person, via Zoom, or over the phone. These options provide timely and convenient access to get your questions answered. Click here to make an appointment online or call (800) 779-8328.

*Please be advised that pre-entry metal detector screening requirements are in place at LACERS’ headquarters, and a current government-issued photo identification or City employee badge is required to enter our building except when attending public meetings of the LACERS Board of Administration. Parking is not available at the building. Paid parking lots, public transit, and street parking are available nearby.

LACERS’ Member Engagement Team will be at City Hall Farmers Market, 200 N Main St, Los Angeles, CA 90012, every Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., weather permitting.
Stopping by is a convenient way to get your general retirement questions answered. Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and the first 5 visitors will receive a LACERS swag item, so don’t wait to come see us!
BE SURE TO ENROLL IN MYLACERS
If you have not yet created your MyLACERS online portal account, there’s never been a better time to get started. Just follow these three steps:
STEP 1: Request an enrollment PIN on https://mylacers.lacers.org through the “Enroll Now” button. For security purposes, your PIN will be mailed.
STEP 2: Once you receive your enrollment PIN in the mail, log onto https://mylacers.lacers.org and click “Enroll Now.”
STEP 3: Complete the information on the screen and click “Enroll.”

APPLYING FOR RETIREMENT ONLINE
LACERS’ online Retirement Application Portal (RAP) is the secure and convenient portal where eligible Members (those applying for a Tier 1 Normal Service Retirement or a Tier 1 Early Service Retirement) submit their retirement application. Please visit the Applying for Retirement Online webpage if you are nearing retirement or want to learn more about the RAP.
