Open Enrollment Ended November 18
LACERS is no longer accepting applications for health plan changes, the addition of eligible dependents, and new enrollments for the 2025 plan year. Any changes made during the Open Enrollment period will become effective on January 1, 2025.
If you changed your health plan, you will receive your health plan ID card in mid-January, except for Delta Dental PPO. The Delta Dental PPO plan does not issue ID cards. Members enrolled in Delta Dental PPO can log on to deltadentalins.com, create an account, and print a copy of their ID card. New deductions that reflect your health plan changes will appear on your retirement check on December 31, 2024.
The next opportunity to change your LACERS benefit plans will be next year during the Open Enrollment period unless you experience a qualifying event. If you did not make changes to your plans or add dependents, your current LACERS health coverage will continue for the 2025 plan year.
