The Board of Administration of the Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System, a $10.5 billion public pension fund, seeks at least three investment managers to actively manage  Non-U.S. Equities Core, Growth, and Value Developed Markets mandates utilizing either MSCI EAFE or World ex-U.S. Markets style index as the mandate benchmark along with an object of outperforming the benchmark by 100 basis points (net-of-fees), annualized over a full market cycle (approximately 3 – 5 years).

The search document, which details the minimum qualifications each respondent must meet in order to be considered, as well as the required City forms, are available on LACERS.org at http://www.lacers.org/aboutlacers/request-for-proposals/index.html  or the website of LACERS General Fund Consultant, Wilshire Associates, at http://www.wilshire.com/InvestmentConsulting/ManagerSearch.aspx.

Proposals are to be completed and submitted pursuant to the search document by the deadline indicated below.
